It is certain that prayer is the key to our work.

Prayer will enable churches to change and it will enable us to do all God is calling us to do. I have become convinced that we are to work as though it all depended on us AND pray as though it all depended on God! Then we might see some of the results we really want.

• Pray for all the churches working through their NCD Survey results
  
  
• Pray for Philip Walker in all the work he does; for good use of his time and for effectiveness in ministry
  
  
• Pray for Philip’s wife, Eileen who has Addison’s disease. She had to take early retirement in 2001 because of ill health and it actually took 4 years for the diagnosis to be discovered. She is now on the right medication, but getting the balance right is not easy, and although she has some good days, there are many times when she would like to give up as it is all too much.
  
  
• Pray for Healthy Church UK and Natural Church Development UK Ltd as it takes over the role of UK National Partner for NCD.
